The winter-themed festival promotes outdoor recreation and celebrates all things icy along the river with live music, open dam tours, live animal programs, warm food and beverage vendors, Park Ranger campfire programs, educational booths, and more!

Few words can describe the thrill of seeing America’s national symbol soaring through the air in the wild, or close enough to touch. Visitors are welcome to view eagles through spotting scopes staffed by trained volunteers. The World Bird Sanctuary will be providing live Bald Eagle programs and chances to see Bald Eagles up close throughout the day.
