Meet famous Missourians Daniel and Rebecca Boone, portrayed by Colonels Robert and Shirley Pecoraro, National Association for Interpretation Outstanding Interpretive Volunteer Award winners. Daniel and Rebecca’s lives were filled with joy, happiness, hardship, and tragedy, yet they survived and persevered as partners for 56 years. The interpreters discuss life on the frontier, and guest can view a collection of original antique weapons and accoutrements from the French and Indian War and the Revolutionary War.
