Henry Lay Sculpture Park

The 20-acre Henry Lay Sculpture Park is surrounded by a 300-acre natural refuge with a well-maintained path that takes visitors on a 40-minute walk past approximately 20 sculptures by internationally known artists. The Park also features a “Story Woods” for children.

The Louisiana Mural Organization was founded in 2000 to help revitalize the downtown area, and to encourage visitors. Over 20 murals are painted on buildings around the area, and more are planned.

The Hannibal Arts Council is a 501©3 organization founded in 1976 to enhance the quality of life in Hannibal. What started out as a group of community leaders with an idea has grown into a multi-discipline community arts agency with staff, committees and volunteers presenting a full schedule of year-round art programs within the community and in their 105 South Main Street facility. The Hannibal Arts Council hosts rotating exhibits throughout the year as well as the annual ORiGINALE: Hannibal Art Club’s Annual Area Artist Competition and holiday 99 Bucks…Or Less exhibit and sale.

Come and view the art from Missouri artists in a relaxed atmosphere at the Alliance Gallery. At the Alliance Art Gallery nineteen creative people have come together to showcase the things they have made and to connect you to a life of beauty and wonder, to the art-full life. Each Gallery Night features a different artist. There will be fun, food, and art from local artists with works in a variety of mediums. Take home an original painting, photograph, print, piece of jewelry, pottery, fabric art or a unique piece of sculpture that will become a treasure for a lifetime.
