Established in 1964, the Craft Alliance provides inspiration and education in contemporary craft to a national community of artists, collectors, students and the art-viewing public. It does this through every creative stage by exhibiting artists' work, educating all levels of students, encouraging art collectors and offering free classes and family programs. The organization has a retail gallery of art at its Delmar Maker District location. For more than five decades, Craft Alliance has been a destination for St. Louisans for arts classes, exhibitions, artist residencies as well as its retail shop and community outreach programs.
